The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchase with us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

 

Definitions

For this Return and Exchange Policy:

Business Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to BODY PIZZAZZ Located at 4046 GA 154 #201, Newnan, GA 30265, Georgia, US.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to My Site, accessible from www.bodypizzazz.com

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND, CREDIT/GIFT CARD, or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:

Products that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return and will be processed if conditions are met.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions:

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 90 Corn Crib Ct., Newnan, GA, 30263, United States If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. REFUND, CREDIT, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

For the product to be eligible for a refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Product wasn't used or damaged

  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)

  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

If the product you have received which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase. 

CREDIT POLICY

 

You are given 30 days to ask for the credit from the date of purchase. Customers are entitled to ask for STORE-CREDIT in exchange for the Goods

Credits that have been given back to the customer are only allowed to be used on our Website.

For the product to be eligible for Credit make sure that the following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Product wasn't used or damaged

  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)

  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Product that are on sale or discounted is eligible for Credit depending on the Store Refund Policy

If the product you have received which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.

We offer 100% return to refunds that are processed through Credit and have No Expiry Period. Unfortunately, Credits can't be used to pay for shipping fees.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for the item within 30 days. Exchanges exceeding 30 days will not be processed. 

To be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Product wasn't used or damaged

  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)

  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the right to exchange the item, Two times. Provided that all conditions in the Exchange Policy are met.
