At Body Pizzazz, our Summer Art Camp is all about letting kids shine through creativity! Campers will enjoy face painting, glitter tattoos, airbrush art, and themed crafts while learning about safety, hygiene, and artistic expression. Our environment is fun, inclusive, and designed to help kids gain confidence, build friendships, and explore their imagination.

Camp Details
 

We offer age-appropriate sessions to ensure kids have the best experience possible.

Morning Sessions: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Ages 5–9)
Afternoon Sessions: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Ages 10–13)
 

Full-Week (5-Day) Sessions – $250

4-Day Sessions – $200

• May 27–30

• June 30–July 3

• July 28–31

Each session includes guided art projects, face and body art techniques, and themed creative activities.

Registration Payment

• Full payment is due at the time of registration to hold your spot.

• Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• All fees are non-refundable, unless a session is canceled by Body Pizzazz.

• No refunds or credits for missed days, tardiness, or early pickup.

• A registration form and signed agreement are required before participation.

Drop Off  Pick Up

• Campers must be signed in and out daily by an authorized adult listed on the registration form.

• We ask families to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the session begins.

• Late pickups beyond a 10-minute grace period will incur a $1 per minute fee, which must be paid at pickup.

• Consistent late pickups may result in dismissal from the program.

Health Safety

• If your child shows signs of illness (fever, vomiting, rash, etc.), please keep them home.

• Campers who become ill during the session will be separated and must be picked up promptly.

• We use only skin-safe, hypoallergenic, non-toxic face paints and materials.

• Parents must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs during registration.

• Staff are trained in basic first aid and follow strict hygiene protocols.

• Emergency contact information must be up-to-date and reachable during camp hours.

Behavior Expectations

• Campers are expected to treat others with kindness, listen to instructors, and follow directions.

• Disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive behavior (including hitting, bullying, or destruction of property) will result in a warning.

• Repeated or severe infractions may lead to immediate dismissal from camp without refund.

• Body Pizzazz promotes an inclusive, supportive space. We do not tolerate hate speech, discrimination, or harassment of any kind.

Personal Belongings

• Campers should wear comfortable, washable clothing suitable for arts and crafts.

• Please pack a labeled water bottle and snack (if needed).

• Body Pizzazz is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

• Do not send your child with personal electronics, toys, or valuables unless requested by staff for a specific activity.

Photo Media Consent

• We may take photos and short videos during camp for use on our website, marketing materials, or social media.

• If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or filmed, please inform us in writing prior to your session.

• No names or identifying personal information will be shared with images.

Right to Refuse Service

Body Pizzazz LLC reserves the right to refuse service, remove a participant, or cancel a camper's enrollment at any time for the following reasons:
 

• Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior

• Non-compliance with camp rules or staff instructions

• Harassment, threats, or mistreatment of staff or campers

• Failure to disclose relevant medical or behavioral information

• Failure to pay fees or repeated late pickups

This policy helps us maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all.

Agreement

By registering your child, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all the terms of this policy. These guidelines are in place to ensure a safe, positive, and enriching camp experience for your child and others.
